Once you’ve successfully placed an order you will receive an order notification letting you know we have received your order. When an item is ready to ship, we will confirm your order. Usually we confirm orders within 24 hours.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification confirming your item is on it’s way to you.
Please note that delivery times vary. If you are ordering a pre-order product, please see the brand’s product page for estimated shipping date.
If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unused, with packaging) within 14 business days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping costs.
If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.
If by any chance you receive an item that is the wrong size, color, or completely different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately so we can arrange an exchange.
• All return packages must be shipped out within 14 days of the date you received an item from us.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.
• Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt.
• Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
The following items are non-refundable:
• Returns received after 14 days of the original order receipt date.
• Returns received in damaged or worn condition.
